1. Booking & Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Banaras Boat Trip.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable, except where specifically stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Customers are responsible for checking the selected date, time, boat type, number of guests, and other booking details before completing payment.

2. Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• The price applicable at the time of confirmed booking will be considered the final booking price.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be displayed before payment where applicable.

3. Boat Booking

• Customers must arrive at the designated boarding point at the scheduled time.
• Late arrival or failure to arrive at the boarding point may be treated as a no-show.
• Banaras Boat Trip is not responsible for missed trips caused by the customer's late arrival.
• Boat capacity and passenger limits must be followed at all times.
• Customers must follow instructions provided by the boat operator and crew.

4. Weather & Operational Conditions

Boat services may be affected by weather, river conditions, government restrictions, safety requirements, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such situations, Banaras Boat Trip may reschedule, modify, or cancel the service depending on the circumstances and operational feasibility.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide correct booking information.
• Follow safety instructions.
• Behave responsibly during the boat trip.
• Not damage the boat or its equipment.
• Follow applicable local rules and regulations.

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligent behavior may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Once a booking has been confirmed, no refund will normally be provided.

The only refund exception is:

Traditional Bajra Boat: Eligible customers may receive a maximum refund of 25% of the booking amount, subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

7. Changes to Bookings

Any request to change the date, time, boat type, or number of passengers is subject to availability and approval.

A booking modification does not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Banaras Boat Trip shall not be liable for losses, delays, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, river conditions, government restrictions, traffic, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, boat availability, prices, schedules, and operational details may change.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through Banaras Boat Trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Banaras Boat Trip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
